Here is the recipe I recently used after teaching 54 Sun Salutations to honor The Winter Solstice. Enjoy!
1.5 cups of Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Pinch of Black Pepper
Stevia or honey to taste
Whisk all ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat and let simmer 5-10 minutes. Golden Milk will last 5 days in the fridge
