Stroller Yoga is Baby-Friendly Fitness! Exercise with your baby and meet other moms while you exercise. Burn calories and gain strength with a power walk and core focused yoga at our yoga stops. Yoga enables the body to stretch and strengthen and the mind to become calm and at ease. Gain energy by being outside in the fresh air & fabulous sunshine! Power Walk while your baby is safely snug in the comfort of his/her stroller! You'll enjoy a great workout that leaves you feeling calm, strong and part of something WAY cool.

Classes will be offered Tuesday and Thursdays 9:30-10:30 am at Silver Sands State Park.
The summer session will be June 27th through July 27 (5 week session). No class on 7/4.
All fitness levels welcome; moms must be 6 weeks post-partum and cleared with your doctor to exercise. Child should be able to sit in stroller for 45-60 minutes. Jogging strollers are recommended but not required. Please bring a full size yoga mat.
