This gentle 60 min Hatha inspired class is a time to unwind from the day. We incorporate gentle grounded movement, restorative poses, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation. Students have the opportunity to slow down, delve deeper into poses, and release tension from body and mind. This is a great class to prepare for meditation and good night’s sleep. Open to all levels and those new to yoga.
