Join Traci at Beach on East Broadway for a 60 minute fun flow. In this class you will experience a deep
connection to nature, yourself and your sangha.
This is an all levels class which is accessible to beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

Take time away in nature to breathe deep, relax, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the trees or the ocean. My yoga hikes combine two of the things I love the most~ Yoga and hiking.
Hikes happen all over CT! Check out the schedule to book your next hike.

Monthly Memberships $138 a month
with a three month commitment.
Memberships include all classes at both our Milford
& Bethany Studios, Beach and Hiking Yoga along with Sister Circles and Full Moon Gatherings. 10 % off merch and workshops too.
