Get out there and Wog- Not sure where to start? This should help. Wogging is a word used in some circles to describe the combo of walking and jogging or walking and running. You may not have heard the term, but this is a way of exercising that is far from new. You simply run for a bit and then walk for a bit- Wogging!
As you are Wogging maybe you envision yourself as a Chasquis. The Chasquis (also Chaskis) were the messengers of the Inca empire. Agile, highly trained and physically fit, they were in charge of carrying the Quipus, messages and gifts, up to 240 km per day through the Chasquis relay system. The Chasquis were known to be the fastest runners and rumored to have only eaten Quinoa on their journey. Or perhaps, you decide to connect with your rapid heartbeat and heightened senses you can drop into the animal spirit inside of you - Feeling like a true wild child.
Go out and Wog- see what arises for you-
WalkAbout Wild journal prompt: What is your animal spirit? Did you drop into a rhythm? As you wogged by, did you feel connected to the natural earth around you?
