Day 16 Adventure- Foot Bath Ritual.
Cleanse your Mind, Body and Spirit.

Have you ever done a Ritual Foot Soak?? I had my first soak at with my friend Cheryl Yeager. AMAZING!!
Why is foot soaking good for you- well, let me tell ya :)
Foot soaking is a common traditional Chinese health remedy used to detoxify the body, promote circulation, relieve pain, and optimize total well being. Immersing the feet and legs in a tub of herb-infused hot water for 20 – 30 minutes at the end of the day can be a very powerful and restorative ritual.

Here's what ya do and what ya need:
A deep tub, I use a dish washing tub. Those fancy copper ones are awesome.
Oil- I use coconut.
Essential oil of choice.
Dried flowers if you have them.
A pitcher of hot water. I use an electric tea kettle.

If you can go sit outside.  If it's rainy, find a quiet place inside, take a cup of your favorite tea or maybe water and lemon. Light a candle or play music. Do whatever makes you relax.

Fill the tub with a bit of warm water, soak feet. As the water cools pour more hot water into the tub. Be careful not to pour hot water directly onto your sweet feet.

WalkAbout Wild journal prompt:
Which EO did you choose, why?
As you soaked what thoughts came up?
Did your feet do a happy dance?

Pose of the Day: Legs up the Wall.
Benefits: Eases headaches, insomnia and anxiety. Just to name a few!
Eases Crown Chakra , Throat Chakra, Solar Plexus. It's a wonderful pose to set the
tone for your soak.

How to Legs Up the Wall:
Begin the pose by sitting with your left side against the wall. Lower your back to the floor as you gently bring your legs up the wall. Scooch your bottom so it’s flush with the wall.
