How to Lions Pose: Begin in heroes pose, sitting on your heels. Spread your fingers and place your hands on your thighs. Take a big breath, lengthening your torso as you exhale, open your mouth wide, raise your eyebrows and gaze, stick out your tongue and ROAR!
