Day 26 Adventure : Make yourself some Luna Water.
Moon and water equals magic!

I bet you have two questions. What is Luna water? And is there water on the moon?
Let’s start with the less interesting one - Yes, there is water on the moon. LOL
NASA has confirmed the presence of water on the moon's sunlit surface, a breakthrough that suggests the chemical compound that is vital to life on Earth could be distributed across more parts of the lunar surface than the ice that has previously been found in dark and cold areas.

And now to answer the more important question- What is Luna Water?  Luna is a tool to harness the powerful energies of the moon. Luna water is created during any cycle of the moon (except during an eclipse) you choose. Pick the moonphase that speaks to your needs and desires. So, here’s what you need for this task

Get a glass jar. I use a mason jar.
Fill your jar with spring water adding a prayer, request or something you’d like to release.
Add healing herbs and cleansing crystals.
Place your jar outside in direct moonlight.
Once everything's in place and your intention is set, simply leave the jar overnight in the moonlight,
and in the morning it'll be ready for however you want to use it! Simple as that.

WalkAbout Wild journal prompt:
Did you use any herbs or crystals?
Which did you choose?
Did you drink your Luna Water. Did you feel the energy?

Pose of the day: Crescent Lunge. Benefits: Releases tension in the hips. Strengthens the knees and helps build mental focus. Seventh, Fourth and Third Chakras are stimulated.

How to Crescent Lunge:

Stand with your feet hip width distance apart and your arms
by your side. Step your left foot back about 3.5 to 4 feet.
Bend your right knee until your right thigh bone is parallel to the floor. Allow the left knee to connect with the floor. Reach your arms above your head with your palms facing inward. Keep your lower ribs drawn in as you lift your chest and lengthen your spine. As you lunge into your front knee, continue to reach up towards the ceiling.
